Back in the 1960s, Lenny Bruce scoffed at US President Lyndon Baines Johnson for his "n" word. "It's 'KNEE-grow,' Lyndon. Come on, try it again - 'KNEE-grow'."

Four decades later, I have an "n" word which Democratic candidate for president Senator John F. Kerry needs to say: knee-oh-con. Come on, try it, John -- time is running short: KNEE-oh-con.
